Macs

Are NOT as bad as people make them out to be. I use one at Gordon Cooper all the time and I love it. Hell, I bought one a few days before Christmas and I fucking love it. Instead of being confined to 1 desktop, you can have up to 16 that you can transition through very fluidly.[/rant]

All in all, they're great computers. Don't diss them till you've tried them.

Ive tried them for years. For the hardcore gamer, they're terrible Cant upgrade them at all. They do suck, and you can have more than 16 pc's to switch to more than fluidly, you can do it from one pc.

Lol, yeah not a big mac fan. I'll say they have the upper hand on graphics (which here means photoshop) but besides that they fail. Can't multi-task worth crap, can't upgrade, apple fails on providing dev resources so the only apps you can get are from apple. They're good if all you use it for is e-mail and photoshop, but for a real computer, PC.

Also the mac commercials bug me. My computer is not a fashion statement, it's a computer.

Well dude, we're hardcore computer people, so to the average consumer, yes Macs are good, but for the things that we need computers for, Macs just cant handle.

Mac's are fine for anything not gaming.

Meaning, I'd get one if I ever got into the whole 'band' or 'video' shit. As it stands, I'll stick to my XP.

I've been stuck on that garbage since elementary. I have watched the mac grow. And its still crap xD Just crap with lipstick.
